These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of modelgueconsulting.com (the "Site"), operated by Modelgue Consulting LLC ("Modelgue," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. About the Site & Our Services

The Site provides general information about Modelgue's social media brand consulting services for TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and allows you to contact us to discuss your needs. Use of the Site, including submitting the contact form, does not by itself create a consulting engagement or client relationship. Any actual consulting services are provided only under a separate, mutually agreed engagement (for example, a proposal, statement of work, or signed agreement), which will govern the scope, fees, and terms of that engagement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Social media growth depends on many factors outside our control, including platform algorithm changes, market conditions, and your own execution. Nothing on this Site should be understood as a guarantee of specific results, including follower counts, engagement, views, or revenue. Any figures, examples, or case studies we may share are illustrative and not a promise of similar outcomes for your brand.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the Modelgue Consulting logo, layout, and design — is owned by Modelgue Consulting LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
